The Earth is blanketed by a layer of Air referred to as atmosphere . Air is composed of a mixture of gases, 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen with traces of water vapor, carbon dioxide, argon, and various other components. This buffer of air makes life on earth possible by protecting the earth’s surface from the effects of the sun.

It is important to safeguard the earth's air quality and protect our planet from the effects of greenhouse gasses and global warming.
