"Renewable" is a term used to refer to resources. A natural resource is considered renewable if it is replenished by natural processes at a rate comparable or faster than its rate of consumption by humans or other users. Other resources that are not only renwable but are perpetual are resources like solar radiation, tides, winds and hydroelectricity and they are in no danger of long-term availability. Commodities like leather, paper, and wood can also be considered renewable.
