Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a term used to describe two related lung diseases: chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Mold which grows anywhere there is moisture and can be prevented.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle including proper amounts of rest and exercise is important. Respiratory health is one of the cornerstones of total body health, many of our other bodily systems rely on it. Making eco-friendly choices in building and cleaning around the home can also be very beneficial by lowering the overall level of VOC's or Volatile Organic Compounds within it.
