Recycle your electronics for a Target gift card

Mail off your old electronic gadgets, get gift card in time for holiday shopping. It truly doesn't get any faster and easier than this. Retail giant Target has partnered with NextWorth to offer hassle-free trade-ins for your used electronics. (Target's looking greener lately, have you noticed?) You recoup some of the item's value and get a Target gift card for your holiday shopping, and NextWorth gets your gadget into the hands of another happy user.  Check out how easy this program makes the process.

Log in to the NextWorth/Target partnership site. NextWorth's online calculator will give you an estimate of your iPod, iPhone, video game, GPS system or camera's value. Print off a pre-paid shipping label, drop your item in the mail and get ready to profit. In 10 to 14 days, you'll receive a Target gift card for the approved value of your item, which you can use at Target.com or any Target or SuperTarget store.

Reusing perfectly good items beats out even responsible recycling, in our book. By sending your old gizmos to a trade-in program, you increase their lifetime use, diverting them from premature recycling or from landfill disposal and saving natural resources.

There's plenty of time to complete your trade-in before the holidays. Make your deal for digital cameras, video consoles, video games and iPods before Dec. 15, 2009, and receive a 10% cash bonus. Use Promo Code DVP119 at the NextWorth/Target partnership site.
