Notable Eco Activity

Julia Louis-Dreyfus and her husband, Brad Hall, were environmentalists even during their college days and have made good use of the fame and fortunes she has come by to work on saving the planet. The couple extensively remodeled their Santa Barbara, California home in 2003 to make it as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.

Dreyfus drives a hybrid car, wears eco-friendly fashions and just generally works to make green the new sexy and cool as much as she can. In a USA Today article Dreyfus suggested three quick tips for greener living right away - replacing regular light bulbs with CFLs, unplugging eletrical devices when you aren't using them and bringing your own bags to the supermarket.
